OOC Discussion

Phhft. I've been assuming Kaul and Gwydion were slain in the building by the constable.

:)

Also, can we get a new IC thread since it sounds like we're about-facing?

No one said they weren't. To be clear, I haven't heard from the players. Read that as you will.

Dun Dun Dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

So, OOC, I suggest we

Retrieve Kaul and Gwydion; starting at the carpenter's place. I suggest furious questioning of those guards if we can't get into the building any other way.

i agree, i think that party gathering will be the best idea now.

Hey, WHO'S SAYING THAT?!

...check your PMs, Lucasdelsur...

Re: the GM question in IC, I'd say go back to the inn where Kaul left his war dog and ten foot pole, but I can also see going back to the carpenter's.

question for Boblonlaw:  do I have a sense of when we lost the Marshall?  Is it plausible he's doubled back to Eduard's?

Constable Thorsdun headed in the direction of Lord Mallory's manor, but you lost sight of him after he passed 'round the corner of the ruined building across from the Silver Scale Inn, and the party stood discussing things for several minutes more before following. It's certainly possible he could have doubled-back without the party seeing him.

Anyone else going to respond to Hengist's suggestion to go back to the inn? I'm going to move things ahead in that direction tonight without another response.

I'm good with that. Maybe the war dog will have the sense to help us find Kaul if he's not in the carpenter's shop anymore.

My computer is currently being rather difficult. I should get a new one soon, but I might have some trouble for the next two weeks with posting.

No worries. I've had a bunch of stuff go haywire in the last two days, but there's post updating the status of the party up, as well as some PMs sent. Let me know what the next plan is once you've had a chance to regroup.

Gwydion’s last known location was in the carpenter’s workshop, right?

Yes, in the workshop thread I believe he secreted himself away behind a secret compartment; that all being OOC knowledge, obvs. Not sure if Kaul would have witnessed more, he was with him.

Kaul saw Gwydion find the compartment, but then left, if I recall correctly. Hardrada is actually away until Monday, I believe, which is why I haven't been pushing too hard. That's going to change when he gets back, as I'd like to get rolling a bit faster.

And I am back! Was my last “move” clear? It seemed sufficient enough to get me in trouble, which is all you can ask for as a murder hobo.

Trouble? Oh, I thought it was supposed to get you dead...oops.

So, what's the course of action?

I've also sent everyone a PM about trying to get a little faster posting happening. Of course, I probably need to send it to myself, too...

Pretty sure we're storming the castle carpenter's shop.

Yup. Assuming people follow, Kerrick will lead everyone to go engage in potential murder and revolt against the lawful authority of this town.

It’s a good thing I’m an ACKS paladin and not a D&D paladin!
