OOC Discussion

god idea Dave

Alright, is the party following Masov's suggestion? That would appear to put Kaul, Gwydion, and Masov inside, with Hengist, Kerrick, Dagmar, Aria, Miska, and Andrew outside (you tell me where), and Kaul's mastiff, Cynis, guarding the doorway...

I'd like to get everyone inside if we are indeed taking the time to go through stuff, unless there something I'm missing.

My suspicion is that while the square footage of the ground floor might be enough for everyone, it’s full of junk.

Assuming this is true, Kerrick is perfectly willing to hang out outside the door on watch/guard.

in case we stay i will go to one of the second floor´s window with my bow.

I really hope someone's opening that leafy box because that was part of my master plan for staying put.

I hoped the same, but that seems thief work. If the thief is not biting… Also, Gwydion found some silver. Now doesn’t seem the time to bring it up, but remind me later, and he will share it with the party.

SooOOOooo... there've been suggestions of going back to where the Baron's elven associates were staying, Kaul attempting to open the box, heading to the Temple of Solis, staying put... which is it? Or something else?

Also, I haven't heard from Miska, Andrew, or Aria (it's possible Alex is a little tied up with L&E). They're standing around doing nothing at the moment.

Gwydion is by nature a thinker rather than a fighter largely due to the lack of an I-win spell. He'd prefer to collect more information. If no one else is persuaded, he'll happily follow.

ok, i cant open the box, so maybe we can go kicking doors?

Have you tried?

Kerrick is right now on guard waiting for those inside to figure out what was found in there (including trying to open the box).

He does think in general that it’s time to kick down someone’s door. If it were up to him, he’d pick the temple, but the elves are fine too.

Ah-ha, I see now that you rolled Open Locks. However, there's no visible lock to pick.

On the assumption they're already forewarned at the temple, I'd vote break down the door of the elves' cottage first.  If it's locked up now there's some chance there's something useful there, or maybe more information.

I see Koewn and Aryxmaraki voting temple, Hardrada preferring elven bungalow first, Lucasdelsur in favor of kicking down doors in general but vague on order of operations.  My vote brings it to a tie, which isn't best practice, and I'm not dead set on it anyway.  If no one else speaks up for the sylvan bed and breakfast I'll change my vote for the temple.

Sorry for the long delay in responding. Crazy busy today. Very long days of meetings for work tomorrow and Tuesday, too, so it'll probably be similar (on the site once in the evening).

So for anyone who is in the other game at Unseen Servant forums you may have read about computer troubles and such. I am happy to report I have a new computer up and running!

Now I just need to remember my unseen servant password…

Edit: Yeah, I think I just need to wait for the forgot password e-mail. That “stay logged in function” does not help my memory…

Happy to have you back!

I'm a bit swamped at work this week, with looong training days that went from two days this week to five this afternoon. I'll still be posting, but it is going to be only in the late evenings.

I am simultaneously disappointed and relieved that Kerrick beat Hengist to answering the question, "where's Ned?"  :/

Yes, but she looks lithe and pantherish while standing around doing nothing.

That's a definite plus. She would expect she could make a rather fetching cloak from the bundle of furs.
