As far as you know, the elves were in a house near the north wall of the palisade, just outside the Baron's estate. Masov, Miska, and Gwydion have previously been there. What's your plan? Leave now? Later? Marchng order? Approach?
Right now sounds great. On behalf of Lord Mallory, we can investigate their house. Afterwards, I think we should plan to stake out both the Elves and the temple for three or four hours. Around midnight, we plan to link up and check out the temple.
It appears we may have lost Dave R (Hengist) and barkman (Miska). I'm going to give it a bit longer, as Dave R has been pretty regular, and it's a busy time of year.
Also, please be aware that things are going to get pretty slow from mid-next-week to the new year.
EDIT: Okay, I expect it to get pretty slow, but maybe you'll all be posting fiends over the holidays. I'll try and roll with that if it's the case, but there will be some disruption from my side.

Question: How big are the windows to the cottage? Is it feasible for Kerrick, armored and with spear and shield and an 8 dex, to get through, or would it require him to actually be competent?
(Follow-up question: are there any elves standing close enough to the window to get stabbed through it?)
