Warlock Class Feedback

Initial reception: amazing. The Warlock has tons of little bells and whistles that got the players’ imagination and gameplay instincts going. The Hex ability is especially excitement-inducing.
Couple questions on Hex:
If you choose the halve their Prime Requisite option, how does that affect classes with multiple PRs? Is it just the higher of the two affected? Or both?
If a spellcaster is targeted, and their Int is halved, will this affect their ability to cast spells at all? What about bonus spells gained from Int? What if their PR drops below 9?
For other classes, if their PR drops below 9, how are they affected?
Also, for Int, how are bonus proficiencies handled? I wouldn’t think they would be lost, but just clarifying.
Since you included the spell list, and we roll randomly for spells gained, a lot of discussion was had about an add number on the spell list… 21? Not 20. But, 21. That makes it a pain in the ass to roll for random spells. Not a big deal, easily overcome (we’ve thought up a couple solutions) - just wondering why that number was settled on instead of just 20?
I’ve two players super hyped to try this out, so I’m sure we’ll have more questions in the coming days.

APM: I’m so glad to hear the class is well-received!

APM: The Warlock can pick which one.

APM: If a mage’s INT drops below 9 he can no longer cast spells. He’s been struck dumb, so as to speak.
For other classes, if their PR drops below 9, how are they affected?
APM: It’s up to the Judge. An XP penalty of -5% per -1 modifier would be reasonable.
Also, for Int, how are bonus proficiencies handled? I wouldn’t think they would be lost, but just clarifying.
APM: They are not lost.

APM: I tried to make it 20, but I couldn’t fit in all the spells I deemed necessary. I recommend rolling as follows: 1d3 by 1d8, but on a d8 roll of 8, the PC gets to pick. That will give you a range of 1-21 with a 12% chance the PC gets to choose.

Awesome! Good stuff. Love that random method.

Minor grammatical errors:
“Ever warlock begins play at 1st level (Medium) with a familiar.”
Should be “Every warlock…”
“Many warlocks become adventures to plumb the secrets of dusty tombs, forgotten crypts, and hidden sanctums.”
Should be “…become adventurers…”

“At 10th level (Witch Lord, the warlock may summon infernal creatures…”
The second parenthesis is missing after Witch Lord.

Thanks, all fixed.

Is there a reason the Warlock doesn’t have Black Lore of Zahar on their proficiency list?

His class power, Secrets of the Dark Arts, is identical to Black Lore of Zahar, so it would be redudant.

Cheers for the clarification Alex.
