Perhaps a stupid question, but does the Dwarven attention to detail stack with proficiencies like survivalism and navigation? I’m only asking because there appears to be a stark difference in power between the proficiencies that grant a flat +4 to a base adventuring proficiency vs. those that give you the capacity to perform a new check at the standard 11+ followed by a +4 bonus for each additional rank.
