At what level can Warlocks start to create undead?
A standard Mage can create them at level 11
A mage with the lore can start at 9?
A standard Warlock can start at 13 but he gets the lore automatically so its actually 11 again?
The warlock has 2/3 arcane ability. At level 12, it’s like an 8th level mage. At level 13, it gets the level 9 goodies. Undead creation is moved down by 2 by Black Lore to 11. At least, I think that is what is happening…
