I am going to be purchasing the rules later this week and wish to know, do the rules include chariots and various seagoing craft?
No chariots. Sea-faring mercantile, pirating, and monster adventures are pretty well covered, though.
What about mounted combat?
The mounted combat rules are quite serviceable.
Then I should be able to develop the rules for chariots from there. They cannot be any worse than what WOTC did for D&D 3.0, those rules looked like someone watched too much Ben Hur.
