Ibis Empire Race: Saurus (Thrassian) Pureblood

I thought it would be fun to have make a class which helps build the world by playing a 'chosen one'. 

Around the world, the Saurus people are viewed as an impure breed of humanity; a polluated strain of blood which was created by foul beastmen relationships. Yet, around most of the world, the Church of Man, believes only humans and dragons have souls. Ancient Mannite philosophers have a prophecies a person will be born with the wings of a dragon and the body of a man.  Resting deep within the loins of the Saurus rests the truth, a perfect hybrid of man and dragon.  When this man (no, this dragon-man) is born, he wil rock the world to it's very foundations.

Many factions will be trying to kill him, others will try to shelter him. In the end, he will never be own property or a church, until after his death. He is a slave to his blood.

The Saurus Pureblood can wear any armor or weapons. He may usee a shield, use a weapon in each hand and two-handed. At first level, Saurus Pureblood hit an unarmored foe (AC 0) with an attack throw of 10+. He increases base damage by +1 at first level, and by an additional +1 at 3rd and 6th level.

Saurus Pureblood have fangs and claws allowing a claw/claw/bite attack routine. The claws deal 1d4 damage each and the bite deals 1d10 damage. He has infravision at 120'. His dragon wings allow him to fly at 30' per turn. The character can fly for 60 rounds before becoming fatigued. This scaly hide allow an unarmored AC of 5 instead of 0 and his base movement rate is 60'. He can swim at a rate of 120' per turn. The character may hold his breath for 1 turn.

After the death, the divine wants to keep his chosen one. The character receives -1 to Tampering with Mortality per level.

Saurus Pureblood is the messiah, receiving +4 to to reactions, loyalty and morale checks. As well, he can cast divine spells as a cleric.
